Personalised one-to-one sessions for teenagers (12+) and adults in the comfort of your own home.
Home visits are available throughout Rushcliffe and selected areas of Nottingham, including West Bridgford, Lady Bay, Edwalton, Gamston, Ruddington, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Cotgrave, Keyworth, Tollerton, Bunny, Colwick, Carlton and Gedling.
If you’re nearby but don’t see your area listed, please get in touch. Depending on availability, I may still be able to help.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or Pilates, returning to movement after a break, or looking for a more personalised alternative to group classes, every session is designed around you.
Rather than following a fixed routine, I combine yoga, Pilates and movement principles to create an approach that develops with you and your goals.

Every client begins with an Initial Assessment and Personalised Two-Week Plan. Payment secures your place.
Once payment has been received, you’ll receive your welcome pack, including:
Once you’ve completed and returned your paperwork, we’ll arrange a convenient date and time for your home assessment.
Your assessment lasts approximately 90 minutes and takes place in your home.

Within 2-3 working days you’ll receive your personalised two-week movement plan, giving you a clear and structured place to begin.
Four-session block – £400
Coaching is delivered in blocks of four one-hour sessions.
Every session builds on the last, allowing your programme to evolve as your confidence, strength, mobility and movement develop.
At the end of each block we’ll review your progress and decide together on the next stage of your coaching.
Additional coaching is booked in further four-session blocks.
Every programme is individual and may include:
Sessions may include a combination of:
Rather than following one specific method, I choose the approaches that best support your goals and adapt them as you progress.
A yoga or exercise mat is required for all home sessions, so you’ll need to have one available before we begin. If you already own equipment such as resistance bands, yoga blocks, a Pilates ball or dumbbells, we’ll incorporate these into your sessions where appropriate.
If you have a reformer at home, I’m happy to include reformer Pilates as part of your coaching whenever it’s suitable for your programme.
Don’t have the equipment?
Following your assessment, I can recommend exactly what you’ll need based on your personalised programme. If you’d prefer, I can also source everything (apart from the reformer) for you and bring a starter kit to your first coaching session, saving you the time of researching and ordering equipment yourself.
Starter kits are tailored to each client and may include:
Exercise mat
Resistance bands
Pilates soft ball
Yoga blocks
Yoga strap
Loop bands
Dumbbells can also be included if appropriate for your programme. Equipment is charged at cost, together with a sourcing and preparation fee.
Want to train with a friend, partner or family member? Shared sessions for two people are available on request.
Shared sessions are designed for two people working towards compatible goals and are arranged by prior agreement.
If one person is unable to attend, the session will still go ahead as planned for the person attending. Missed sessions cannot be transferred or converted into an individual session at a later date.
Weekday appointments are available throughout the week. Weekend appointments are available by prior arrangement only and are subject to a weekend supplement.
