Let’s be honest, your team doesn’t need another talk about resilience. They need to stand up, move a bit, breathe properly, and remember what having a body actually feels like.
Sit Happens is a practical, movement-based reset for real workplaces. The kind where people live in inboxes, eat over keyboards, and count printer trips as cardio.
Over twelve weeks, I help teams undo the physical and mental mess that long days create. We move. We breathe. We laugh. People start feeling like themselves again, not just another burnt-out job title.
Every office has the same quiet problem. People are seated all day, slightly folded in half, holding tension they don’t notice until it hurts.
Focus fades. Energy drops. Productivity turns into survival mode. Sit Happens gives teams a full-body, full-mind reset. It helps people:
This isn’t about turning your team into athletes.
It’s about restoring function, comfort, and calm so the workday stops costing the body.
Sit Happens meets people where they are, without forcing, fixing, or performing.
This isn’t about transforming your team into athletes; it’s about restoring function, focus, and calm so they can actually enjoy the workday again.

Each phase builds on the last. This isn’t about intensity. It’s about consistency and feeling better week by week.
Each week adds another layer of strength, ease, and awareness through intelligent movement. This isn’t about intensity; it’s about showing up and feeling better each time.
Reconnecting with the body. Moving the spine. Remembering what upright actually feels like in real workday conditions.
Reducing unnecessary tension, restoring support, and building strength through intelligent, upright movement that supports sitting and standing.
Bringing everything back into the workday: desks, meetings, standing conversations, and long afternoons.
By the end, movement feels normal again. Not like another task. Just part of being at work.

I would attend all of Viki’s classes, but unfortunately, she’s a bit far for that.

I was brand new and enjoyed Viki’s sessions very much.
People show up differently: more present, more capable, and a lot less tightly held
This isn’t a “nice extra.” It’s a structural upgrade for how your team feels and functions.

These days it’s Pilates, yoga, and art.
Slower maybe. Not softer.
I know how to get people going, and how to help them finally stop.
Because humans weren’t designed for chairs or inboxes.
Sit Happens brings people back to their bodies through movement, breath, and awareness, in a way that actually lasts. It’s grounded, evidence-based, and emotionally intelligent. The humour keeps it light; the depth makes it stick.
