Each phase builds on the last. This isn’t about intensity. It’s about consistency and feeling better week by week.

The 12-Week Flow

Each week adds another layer of strength, ease, and awareness through intelligent movement. This isn’t about intensity; it’s about showing up and feeling better each time.

Reset

Reconnecting with the body. Moving the spine. Remembering what upright actually feels like in real workday conditions.

Rebuild

Reducing unnecessary tension, restoring support, and building strength through intelligent, upright movement that supports sitting and standing.

Integrate

Bringing everything back into the workday: desks, meetings, standing conversations, and long afternoons.

By the end, movement feels normal again. Not like another task. Just part of being at work.

Why Me

Where I Started

I’ve been teaching movement since before wellness became a buzzword.
 
Aerobic, strength, step, HIIT, conditioning. I’ve taught it all.
 
I was also a competitive athlete, so I understand what drive does to a body, and what it costs when you never stop.

Where I Am Now

These days it’s Pilates, yoga, and art.

Slower maybe. Not softer.

Why That Matters Here

I hold an MA in Creative Practice (Distinction), which ties movement back to focus, presence, and emotional awareness.
 
What I teach in Sit Happens comes from decades of watching how people move, breathe, and burn out.
 
It’s movement with intelligence. Calm with structure and strength without strain.

I know how to get people going, and how to help them finally stop.

The Intro Session

Before committing to twelve weeks, let your team feel what this work actually does. 

The Intro Session is a 2.5-hour, on-site reset, combining movement, breath, and practical education.
 
People leave calmer, clearer, and usually a little taller.
 
It helps teams:
    • feel the difference between tension and support
    • learn simple ways to breathe and focus during the day
    • understand how stress shows up in the body and how to switch it off

Intro Sessions are delivered on Tuesdays at 10am at your workplace. Dates are arranged directly after the enquiry to keep things simple.
