Most teams begin with the Intro Session. It allows your team to experience the method before committing to the 12-week programme. From there, you decide whether to continue with the full reset.

Intro Sessions are delivered on Tuesdays at 10am at your workplace. Dates are arranged directly after the enquiry to keep things simple.
Intro Session (2.5 hours): £500 (up to 20 people), the perfect starting point to experience the program before committing to a full 12-week cycle.
It’s engaging, restorative, and gives your team a real sense of what twelve weeks can change. Intro Sessions are delivered on Tuesdays at 10am at your workplace.
