Movement - Strength in Body
Stillness begins in the body
Stillness is not an aesthetic. It’s a physical practice. I teach movement the way I make art and write: slow enough to notice, strong enough to matter, and honest enough to make you laugh at yourself.
These sessions are rooted in yoga, Pilates and human‑movement principles, not acrobatics. They are for people who sit too much, move too little or just need to remember what a spine is for. You’ll build functional strength and mobility, regulate your nervous system and leave with more energy than you arrived with.
Instead of chasing tricks, we restore presence. If you want to be barked at, you’re on the wrong site. If you want a grounded practice with proper structure, options for everybody and every body, and a teacher who swears occasionally, you’re in the right place.
Work With Me
Kids & Tweens Classes
Weekly classes for ages 5-13 offer a calm alternative to competitive sports.
Sessions build strength, coordination and emotional regulation without comparing children to anyone else.
Each class follows a clear routine, teaches breath‑based focus and ends with proper rest. Younger and older children can practise together with layered options so everyone works at their level.
These classes start in September 2026 in the Rushcliffe, Nottingham area.
Sit Happens - Corporate Programme
Sitting isn’t just uncomfortable, it’s wrecking focus and energy across entire teams. Sit Happens is a 12‑week on‑site wellbeing programme for desk‑based teams in Nottingham and the surrounding area.
Over twelve weeks we release tension, rebuild energy and reintroduce upright movement so people can work smarter instead of surviving each day.
This is not a token yoga class; it’s a structured intervention with measurable progression.
If your workplace needs more than motivational posters, this is it.
Retreats & Collaborations
I co‑create retreats and multi‑day experiences that weave movement, art and stillness.
Expect guided movement, embodied journaling and quiet space to process.
Venues range across the UK and Europe with hosts who value depth and care.
If you run a space or want to host a group, let’s plan the right format.
