Classes currently welcome children and teens aged 5 – 15. Rather than separating students strictly by age, exercises are layered and adapted so each child can work at an appropriate level for their age, experience and ability.
This allows children with different levels of movement experience to take part in the same class while still being appropriately challenged.

The taster class is £5 per child, per class, so your child can try the space before committing to a monthly or quarterly place. Children are never forced to join in and are encouraged to engage at their own pace.
