No. We build strength and mobility steadily. Touching your toes is optional. Keeping your spine happy is the goal.
Yes. You get clear instruction and layered options. Start where you are and progress at a pace that feels safe.
Classes are between 45 minutes to an hour. Expect a calm warm-in, focused main phase, and a proper settle at the end.
Often yes. I offer adaptations for most joints, backs, and post-surgery realities. Please email me first and get clearance from your clinician if needed.
Your mat, water, and a light layer for the end. Blocks or a strap are useful if you have them.
