Coupon codes

Promotions and coupons for canvas prints

If you recommend a friend to purchase canvas prints and they buy using your friend code, you will receive 25% off your next two canvas print orders. Your friend will receive 25% off their first two canvas print orders. Your code is limited to 4 uses per month, and the discount codes don’t add up (meaning, if two of your friends have purchased, you will not get a 50% discount, but 25% off from your next 4 canvas print orders.) Viki Thorbjorn Art reserves the right to change the offer at any time but will honour previous code redemptions in these cases.

If we believe you’re using the codes to receive endless discounted canvas prints, we reserve the right to close any account.

We love you discovering Viki Thorbjorn Art using offer codes, but they’re for new customers only and can only be used once per household/customer/address. We want to spread the floral word, but if you break these rules, we reserve the right to close your account without question. This covers all offer codes, including recommending a friend. We’re a small business – please don’t take advantage!

All offer codes are active for 3 months from the issue date unless otherwise specified.

Refer a friend program

We provide a referral program after you sign up for our canvas print products, where we give you 25% off your next two canvas print orders when you recommend us to your friend who successfully purchases at least one canvas print. Your friend may be offered discount vouchers or other incentives at our discretion once they have purchased a canvas art print(s). We may, from time to time, also add other refer-a-friend code vouchers in the delivery package you receive. However, these refer-a-friend codes do not give you any rewards or discounts. Still, your referred friend may be offered incentives (such as discounts or vouchers) if they purchase one or more canvas prints. Further details of the referral program will be set out on the relevant page on the Website or on the voucher in your delivery package (if any).

Our terms that apply to all referral programs

  • To qualify for a reward, your friend referral must be from a person who is at least 18 years old, not an existing customer and meets all other specific program conditions as set out on our Website for the relevant referral program.
  • You will only receive your reward when we have verified the referral and confirmed the account set up by your referred friend, and you have not already applied any other discounts or offers to your canvas print orders.
  • We may change or discontinue a referral program at any time and we do not represent that any referral program will continue to be available indefinitely. We will not be responsible to you for any loss you may incur as a result of us discontinuing a referral program.
  • You must in connection with our referral programs:
      • not contact or share any information (for example, a referral link or code) with any person you do not personally know;
      • not send any spams, or undertake any bulk messaging or auto messaging;

However, if your artwork is intended as a gift or if you require it sooner, please let me know. I do require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for rush orders. Please don’t forget that the time of drying the paint and preserving the art, plus the delivery is extra time. 7. Once the artwork is near completion, I’ll present it to you for your review. You’ll be able to provide feedback and request minor adjustments if needed.
  8. The remaining balance payment will be due once you are satisfied with the final piece. After receiving the payment, I’ll carefully package and deliver the artwork to your designated address. If you are not local, I can provide you with a quote for the postage and packaging costs.

Cancellation Once Drawing / Painting Begins

Once the drawing/painting begins, the second deposit becomes non-refundable. As the painting progresses, Viki Thorbjorn will email photographs of the painting. Please tell her if you want any changes or if something doesn’t look right. You are fully entitled to do so, and please know that she will not be offended.

Unwanted Finished Drawing or Painting

Payment Policy for Commissioned Abstract Artwork

A £200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the waiting list. You can then pay the remaining amount in 2 instalments; half before the drawing/painting starts and the other half after the painting is completed.

The Commission Process

  1. Pay the £200 non-refundable deposit
  2. You will receive a downloadable PDF that contains the instructions you shall follow to get in touch with me
  3. We’ll discuss your preferences and ideas. We can communicate via WhatsApp, phone, or email, regardless of your location. Sharing your interior style and the kind of energy you want the artwork to bring into your home / office will help me understand your vision better.
    Once we finalise important details like size, type of artwork, and timeline, I’ll provide you with a price quote. To initiate the project, I typically collect 50% of the fee (amounting to half the overall commission fee minus the £200 deposit already paid) upfront before starting any work.
  4. Feel free to browse through my available paintings, prints, and previously sold pieces, or any other artist work to gather inspiration and generate ideas. If you have reference photos or a colour palette in mind, please share them with me.
    We’ll discuss your favourite aspects of my artwork, helping me understand the elements you’d like to incorporate into your custom piece.
  5. To ensure we’re on the same page creatively, I love using mood boards as a tool for abstract painting and surface design commissions. It’s an effective way to explore colour palettes and make sure we capture the desired mood and style.

    To create your unique mood board, I’ll curate a collection of images from my sources of inspiration, which may include a Pinterest collection. This visual compilation will give you a sense of the colours, energy, and overall aesthetic we plan to incorporate into your artwork. Once I’ve created the mood board, I’ll send you a one-page doc for your approval.

    Your feedback is important, and we’ll make any necessary adjustments before moving forward.
